Program Based Curriculum
Athletes rotate through specialized coaching stations during each session to ensure high engagement and low idle time.
· Agility & Footwork: Focuses on running balance, spatial awareness, and changing directions safely while keeping sticks on the floor.
· Ball Control & Stickhandling: Teaches the mechanics of “soft touches” using side-to-side cone drills to navigate around opponents.
· Passing Mechanics: Builds accuracy and coordination through stationary and moving forehand and backhand passing partners.
· Shooting Accuracy: Introduces fundamental mechanics for the wrist shot and backhand against target nets.
· Core Philosophy: A strict focus on fun, fitness, equal participation, and positive sportsmanship.
. PreSchoolers & 5-Under: Each week ends with a mini storytime session, team cheer and fan favorite-stickers.
Payments options and discounts
Receive a 10% discount off for every sibling after the original enrollment.
Monthly payment option where you can pay a deposit and pay the remaining balance in two more installments [October 1st and November 1st].
We accept online [payment card] and offline [EMTs] payments.
