We here at Hockey Buds are happy to announce that we have recently set up a brand new registration with many new features for our Hockey Buds families to make the registration process more seamless. Please click/tap on any of the information sections below to learn more on what our new system can do.
Note: Always remember to check your junk mail (if you think you should’ve received an Email from us however and don’t see it) it would be from the Hockey Buds Program “email@example.com”.
Your can register as well see future programs that we offer by going to our site (hockeybuds.ca) and clicking/tapping the Register Now! button. *located on the top right corner of every page of our website.
Your would then be redirected to our registration portal where you will see the many program options we offer.
When you select the program you want to register your child, click/tap on that program choice followed by the enrollment button. (located top right corner) Just above the enrollment button is the remaining spots available for that particular program.
Then complete, choose payment option and submit the registration form that will appear.
If a monetary refund [meets requirement of our Refund policy] has been requested and the original payment was made via debit/credit through our registration system then the following would apply.

OFFLINE PAYMENTS via EMT [Email Money Transfers]
When a program reaches full capacity the form would automatically convert to a waiting list form. While on the waiting list the next participant in line would automatically and immediately convert to standard registrations when spots become available for any reason”.
You would then be notified with instructions in an email confirmation to pay the amount online or offline, depending on the program setup.
Families on our mailing list would receive a passcode to access registration early before it is open to the general public. Forms would be viewable however would not be functional with this passcode.
At the completion of our program your child will receive a physical certificate of participation however you will now also have access to print one at home.
Manage all your children’s enrollment in one spot without creating an account.
Upon receiving your confirmation Email located near the bottom of your Email there will be a “Manage my Enrollments” button.
Once you click/Tap on the button, you will be redirected to your ‘Participant Self-Serve Page” where you can verify your Email (use the primary email address that you registered your child with).
Once you click/Tap on the “next” button, you will be redirected to your ‘My Enrollments” page where you can view all your children(s) enrollments made since we used this system.
Your can view details about the program, your receipt and also have options to resend yourself the receipt.
When you registration for a new program you will automatically be added to that program’s mailing list with the Email address that you registered with. No more being left out of important current program information.
